In today’s competitive job market, traditional corporate videos often fail to capture the attention of young talent. For GWM’s apprentice recruitment, we took a more authentic approach: letting the apprentices speak for themselves.
This film follows two apprentices through their daily life at GWM, blending real insights with a healthy dose of humor. Instead of just listing perks, we showcased the actual energy of the workplace: the skill involved in high-tech manufacturing and the genuine camaraderie that defines the team.
The Execution: We moved away from dry facts and focused on relatable storytelling. By combining a fast-paced, humorous narrative with high-quality visuals, we highlighted what makes an apprenticeship at GWM unique. The result is a film that speaks the language of the next generation without losing the brand's professional core. It’s a vibrant look at how high-precision engineering and a fun company culture go hand in hand, designed specifically to drive engagement on social media, at schools and at career fairs.
